ORDERS

Our garments are hand-knitted to order. By using this model, we hope to reduce the waste of overconsumption and preserve important heritage crafts.

When you purchase an item from us, your order will be placed in a knitting queue. We work as quickly as possible to have your item made, but please be aware, knitting is a slow process and garments carry a lead time of 5-6 weeks to complete.

We hold a small amount of stock so please check our ‘Ready to Wear’ collection to see if we hold your desired piece in stock. Ready to Wear items are dispatched within 48hrs of placing your order and are sent via a trackable service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return something, we offer a full refund provided your item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Returned items must be sent back in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • In the event of a return, please contact us at info@hambroandmiller.co.uk before posting your order to us.
  • We enclose a returns form with each order to be filled out and sent back with your item.
  • Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.  Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your item back to our studio.
  • Please note that unless items are faulty, original delivery charges are non-refundable.  All costs for return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please make sure that your return is well packaged.  We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage/insurance from the post office as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Returns of damaged or faulty pieces must also be made within 7 days of receiving them.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues with yur order.
